Who We Need:
- For Educational Institutions: We’re looking for trainers to help schools and educational centers in underserved areas. This includes institutions lacking modern facilities or whose curriculum is outdated. You will help teachers and staff by providing training in innovative pedagogical methods, digital skills, and curriculum development. Your support will help schools produce graduates who are ready for the modern job market.
- For the General Community: We need trainers who can work with diverse groups to build their capacity. This includes:
- Help individuals gain access to new skills and information.
- Equip people with the skills they need to adapt to rapid development and technological change.
- Support artisans, farmers, and other professionals to ensure their vital skills are not lost to modernization.
- Guide and mentor individuals who are struggling to find their role and job.
- Provide reskilling and refresher courses to help seasoned professionals stay relevant in their fields.
