Program Overview
Our Intensive Community Training supports both professionals and NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth in Indonesia’s 3T regions. We address real local needs—rapid development pressures, shifting job markets, and the risk of losing traditional livelihoods—by providing practical, market-aligned skill pathways.
Track A: Professionals (Reskilling & Upskilling)
- Who: Professionals needing updated knowledge and skills to remain relevant.
- Focus: Digital literacy, productivity tools, industry best practices, communication & leadership.
- Outcome: Recognized micro-credentials, improved employability, stronger contribution to regional growth.
Track B: NEET Training (Pathways to Work & Enterprise)
- Who: Youth not in education, employment, or training who need clear, supportive career pathways.
- Focus: Job readiness (CV, interview, soft skills), vocational tasters (hospitality, basic tech, creative trades), and micro-enterprise modules.
- Outcome: Entry-level job placements, apprenticeships, or guided entrepreneurship with mentoring.
Community Relevance
- Preserving vital professions: Support for artisans, sustainable farmers, and custodians of local wisdom via modern market access.
